I used to practice a weekly "stop" from all creating and doing and technology, to enjoy what was already made (both nature but also other people's art). I haven't done that in a long while but man, I could really use that weekly check. (I had scheduled this topic for my own Substack this week, but decided to leave it a little longer! :))
I lost my weekends to events and work, and haven't set aside a weekday for this practice yet. And moving multiple times already this year... there have been lots of disruption to routine. And I miss it!
